The Municipality of Bethel Park will kick off the 2011 Holiday Season on Monday, December 5 with its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Festivities begin at 6:30 PM and run until 7:30 PM at the Bethel Park Community Center (5151 Park Avenue). Entertainment and refreshments will be provided, as well as a visit from Santa Claus! This year will be special because it’s Bethel Park’s 125th anniversary. At 6:30 PM Mayor Clifford Morton will have a special ceremony to dedicate the time capsule prior to the tree-lighting festivities. Mark your calendars and plan to join us for this great evening!
